A private session at Höllviken Pilates is tailored entirely to you — your goals, your body, your level. You train one-to-one with one of our experienced instructors in a fully equipped Pilates studio.
Whether you're recovering from injury, brand new to Pilates, or want to deepen an advanced practice, private training gives you something no group class can: complete, undivided attention from the first minute to the last.
Our instructors are comprehensively trained in classical Pilates. Co-founder Jaime White is an internationally recognised educator who certifies instructors across Northern Europe.

Every private session is different because every person is different. Here's a typical arc for a first appointment at Höllviken Pilates.
Intake & Assessment
We begin with a short conversation about your history, goals, and any injuries or limitations. No pressure — just a chance for your instructor to understand your body.
Movement & Observation
Your instructor observes how you move — your posture, breathing patterns, and natural tendencies. This informs every exercise choice that follows.
Your Tailored Session
A session built specifically for you — using Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, or mat work — with hands-on guidance throughout.
Plan & Next Steps
We'll discuss what we found, what your body responded to, and the best path forward — whether that's more privates, group classes, or a mix of both.
