Falsterbo & Skanör
Just 10 minutes by car along the coast road. Easy to fit into your morning before or after the beach.
Vellinge
A quick 10-minute drive north. Many of our regular clients come from Vellinge for both group classes and private sessions.
Ljunghusen
Right next door — Ljunghusen residents are practically neighbours. Walk or cycle if the weather allows.
Kämpinge
A few minutes away by car. Easy access via the main road with no fuss parking on arrival.
Malmö (South)
Worth the drive. Several clients make the trip from south Malmö — especially for private sessions with Jaime.
Trelleborg
A straight drive up the coast. Easy to combine with errands or a coffee in Höllviken before or after.
Parking
Free parking directly outside the studio. No time limits. Pull up, walk in. We've never had a client struggle to park.
What to Bring
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that lets your instructor see your alignment. Grip socks are recommended for Reformer classes. We have mats on site.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can show you around and answer any questions. We'll make sure you feel completely at home before the class begins.
