Pilates Tower

Pilates Playground
A fun, challenging circuit-style class combining Pilates Mat and Apparatus. Warm up together on the mat, then rotate through stations — Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Push-up Devices, Barrels, and Pedipole.

Pilates Mat
A dynamic, focused workout on the mat — emphasising core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. Using bodyweight as resistance, each sequence targets specific muscle groups while building overall body awareness.

Pilates Props
A dynamic session incorporating stability balls, resistance bands, Pilates rings, foam rollers and more. Props add dimension to the practice — intensifying the challenge, improving resistance, and providing targeted support.
Function + Pilates
An invigorating fusion of Pilates and functional training — blending the precision of classical Pilates with the practicality of functional movement. Optimises strength, flexibility, and overall fitness in one class.
Breathwork
A mindful, transformative experience centred on conscious breathing techniques. Guided through intentional breathing exercises, participants use breath as a powerful tool for physical relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity.
Senior Pilates
A 45-minute session designed specifically for seniors. Low-impact, gentle on the joints, and focused on slow, controlled movement — targeting core, back, and legs for improved mobility, balance and independence.
