We offer all types of classes from very small groups to individual sessions at Höllviken Pilates. Whether you’re in a group session or a private lesson the workouts will consider your individual needs and goals. Our instructors are experienced and comprehensively trained to work with clients of all abilities whether it is in a group or private lesson. At Höllviken Pilates we offer classes on the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Towers, Pilates Wunda Chair, Pilates Barrels in a group and private setting. Group sessions include work on all apparatus not just Mat. In order to use the Pilates system effectively for the best results clients work on all the apparatus specific to their bodies needs. We do that at Höllviken in Pilates in group and private settings.

All are welcome but if you feel you have unique circumstances please reach out to us hollvikenpilates@gmail.com. However, many clients can enter directly into group sessions after a quick conversation with one of our experienced staff or a few private sessions to build confidence and awareness to feel safe in a group setting.
